This year, we had the privilege of participating in the Asia ACTS Gathering in Taipei, Taiwan. Over three days, more than 20 leaders came together for intentional time in prayer, Scripture, fellowship, and encouragement.
Creating space to pray, play, and walk alongside one another is vital, especially for those faithfully serving throughout Asia, a region that includes much of the 10–40 window. Gospel work in this part of the world is often slow, complex, and deeply challenging. That’s why face-to-face gatherings like this matter so much: they remind us that we are not laboring alone, allow us to share hard-earned wisdom and resources, and help spur one another on toward love and good deeds.
Beyond structured times of worship and study, the days were filled with stoke and shared experiences, skate sessions at local parks alongside youth from the city, wandering through bustling markets, and long evenings soaking in an onsen, where unhurried conversations brought both encouragement and perspective.
We invite you to pray with us, as countless communities across Asia continue to long for hope. Our time in Taipei was marked by honest conversations and the strengthening of leaders committed to making disciples where God has placed them. These moments clarified our calling to invest in and empower those on the ground, helping cultivate a growing movement of action sports ministries rooted in faith, obedience, and genuine love for their communities. We left Taiwan with a sober awareness of the need, yet filled with renewed hope and motivated to keep pressing forward as the Gospel reaches new places and new people.
